Nice experiment! I’m very surprised at the level you were able to drive

I was online looking for ideas on how to salvage some kind of small amp
from wherever to hook passive speakers to my laptop when I found your
video. I had no idea that the amp inside my laptop could push anything
larger than headphones. I don’t need it to be crazy loud, just loud enough
to hear while I’m cooking or doing something in the same room. So I thank
you very much for this information.

i hv 6 ohm speakers
I have 8ohm speakers with no power. You said you’re not amplifying but are
your speakers powered? Mine aren’t and had to use a guitar amp for them to
work. Any suggestions for old non-powered speakers? Thanks
